If you have no aircraft in FSP yet, then you need to select the aircraft you want to buy, move it to the location where you want to fly passengers from (Use Go To Airport option), then buy it through the FSP menu. So even though you hit Fly Now with the Airtrike at Friday Harbour, it will still load your FSP registered aircraft which could be, as an example, in Anchorage Alaska. Once in the game you load an aircraft via the FSPassengers menu and it will load the aircraft you last played and it's position in the world. This is how I have always done it, and still do it in FSP2015. Once you are in the game you go to the menu bar (right click anywhere and unselect Hide Menubar if you have it hidden) then find FSPassengers tab. So you have to go to Free Flight, then start a flight (don't bother with any settings, just click on Fly Now). There is no FSPassengers anything there (nor has there ever been as far as I know). Explore Area 51 enhanced in Microsoft Flight Simulator with this freeware scenery that adds additional lighting, runways, and military buildings to Homey KXTA / Area 51. When you start FSX you will see only the main menu stuff (see img below)
